Family Assistance Center Specialist - Contractor

Medford, OR

Family Assistant Center Specialist is responsible for coordinating, facilitating and focusing on needed resources for Army National Guard (ARNG) Service Members and their families through accurate and timely data input into the Family Management Program (FMP) database system required to meet the Family Readiness Standard imperatives, established in National Guard Bureau’s (NGB) Family Assistance Centers (FAC) Program.  FAC Specialist is knowledgeable regarding regulations, publications, manuals and local policies. FAC Specialist possesses outstanding communication skills (both written and oral) along with a desire to assist Service Members and their family members with available programs and community referrals.

Air National Guard Yellow Ribbon Support Specialist - Contractor

Portland, OR

The Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Support Specialist (YRSS) works under the general supervision of the contract manager to work in concert with the Air National Guard (ANG) Wing to assist in supporting the Transition Assistance Program (TAP), and Resilience and Life Skill Training, with the Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Program (YRRP) as priority. Roles specific to YRRP support may include organizing events, gathering data, requesting funding, making appointments, and tracking and monitoring attendance. This is a contract position.

Administrative Support Specialist/Office Manager

The City of Portland Bureau of Parks and Recreation (PP&R) is seeking a Finance Supervisor.  PP&R spends more than $100 million annually with support from various sources including General Fund, grants, enterprise funds, capital, levy, special revenue and endowment funds. The Finance Supervisor serves as the budget and financial administrative manager for the bureau.  The incumbent will plan, organize and supervise the day to day operations of accounting, purchasing, billing, inventory, financial reporting and other business support services to the bureau.
